Do you have minimum orders?
Yes. There is a minimum spend of R150 per order. There is a minimum order of 10 mini cakes per order, cakes are for Johannesburg and Pretoria regions only. Please contact us to find out about courier costs.

Do your hire tables or chairs?
Unfortunately not.

If I needed, say, helium balloons for a function, could you help me?
Absolutely.

Do you deliver?
We do not deliver ourselves but use a courier company when required.

Could you post or courier orders?
We could indeed. We post around the country on a regular basis, so if you’re from outside of Gauteng, we could easily post or courier your order to you. As soon as your order is despatched, we will email you a tracking number.

Are you able to handle large orders?
We are more than capable of handling large orders. Given sufficient notice, we can cater for any size requirement.

How much will I pay for postage?
R 70 for all parcels up to 15kg. Delivery will take between 2-6 days, depending if stock of goods is available. Delivery at this price is to all major centers :

Johannesburg – Durban – Cape Town – Port Elizabeth – East London – George – Bloemfontein

If your parcel needs to be delivered to an outlying area ( plot or farm) you may need to wait extra time for the parcel OR pay extra if you are in a hurry. Please consult with us so that we can give you a delivery date or new price.

How do I pay for my order?
Payment is done via EFT. A cash option is available if you are collecting directly from us ( Orange Grove, Johannesburg).

Once your order is e-mailed to us, we will supply you with an invoice and account details. Once we receive proof of payment for the full amount incl delivery costs, can we process your order and book your delivery.

Do you offer a set-up service?
We do. So long as you give us sufficient notice.

Do you organise venues or entertainment for functions?
Whilst this is not our core focus, we could put you in contact with people who could help.

Do you do face-painting? Or provide clowns?
No, but we know people who do – and could put you in touch with them.

If we’re planning an event, how much notice do you need?
3-4 weeks if at all possible.

Are you reliable?
Totally. We pride ourselves on our reliability.

Do you cater for the Johannesburg/Pretoria area only?
We do not do set-ups outside of Johannesburg, but can courier orders of items other than cakes to anywhere in the country.

Do you specialise in any particular area?
Our products are suitable for most events and occasions, be they weddings, engagement parties, bachelor parties, twenty first parties or corporate events.

So whilst we don’t specialise in any particular area, we cater to a wide range of requirements.

What are your payment terms?
Payment upfront, and before the despatch of any orders. Proof of payment must be sent to 086 567 0985.
